FREE SHIPPING ON PREPAID ORDERS
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days from the date of placement. Shipping times vary and are estimated to be between 2-7 business days depending on the destination within India.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If your credit card/debit card/bank account has already been charged for the order, we will initiate a refund immediately upon cancellation, with deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us.
We operate on a strict no return and refund policy for all items, except in the case of receiving a damaged product. If the product is received damaged, please notify us within 48 hours along with supporting unboxing videos and images. We will then proceed with a return or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pickup will be arranged for the return.
Exchanges are only accepted for items received in a damaged state, provided the request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, please email us at vermishades@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a reverse pickup.
